The Gipple Cabin

The Gipple Cabin was built in 1803 by frontier pioneer Amos Woodward. It is Erie County, New York's oldest surviving building. Located within the town of Lancaster, the Gipple cabin, is the oldest wooden structure in the county. The cabin is located on private land.
